Tidied up formatting in measures.a4l
Added GPL notice to cavity.a4c
Fixed up reconfig to turn OFF gcov testing by default.
Removed some debug output from typedef.c and instantiate.c and arrayinst.c.
Commenting changes in extinst.h.
Working on getting the buildbot working :-)
