Fixed instatiation of blackbox (and probably glassbox)
relations, for poorly tested definitions of 'fix'.
Blackbox evaluation is still broken.
There seems to be some chaos around win32_lean_and_mean
in ascConfig.h
updated reconfig. setenv TKROOT /where/is/tk8.3dir before
running and all is good.
