Fixed mimetype in gedit lang spec. Removed use of %defined macro in RPM spec file.
Moved support files for variouso outside 'tools' into their own folder together.
Added plot support in Integrator output tabs. Some other minor debugging for pylab integration and idaanalyse output.
Added test for write('graph'). Added couple of items to syntax definition. Updated GPL notice in some core model files.
Reduced some debug output. Added ATOM for specific_energy_rate. Fixed default_self routines for DSG models. Added testdsgsatrepeat test to check above.
Fixed escaped paths in SConstruct. Added some more keywords to gedit syntax definition.
Added a sun position and extraterrestrial radiation model using the equations from Duffie and Beckman. When combined with the new data reader, this will start to be useful for 'real' solar energy problems.
First work towards reinstating the CONOPT solver. So far, I've got it building and linking without errors, but haven't tested the resulting runtime.
Commenting and changes to deubg output. Some reformatting of ModifyBlackBoxRelationPointers.
Added couple of missing keywords: 'OF' and 'set'.
Added '--models' option to ascend-config. Fixed a bug with packages.c wrt generating absolute paths to library files. Added SCons directives to install header files in INSTALL_INCLUDE subdirs. Changed rel.c so that init function is only run if provided in the package. Added 'ospath_getabs' to convert relative paths into absolute paths by adding prefix of fully-resolved '.'
Lots of tidying up to relation_util code. (Most commments but a little refactoring of repeated code chunks.) Added 'IMPORT' to the Gedit syntax definition. Added error_reporters in place of some console output.
Merged changes from DAE branch (revisions 702 to 819) back into trunk. This adds the Integration API to the ASCEND solver (in base/generic). Also provides pre-alpha support for 'IDA' from the SUNDIALS suite, a DAE solver. Many other minor code clean-ups, including adoption of new 'ASC_NEW' and friends (to replace 'ascmalloc') Added some very sketchy stuff providing 'DIFF(...)' syntax, although it is anticipated that this will be removed.
Removed 'interface' directory in trunk/pygtk/interface (moved everything up a level) Made corresponding changes to SCons* and spec files.

Renamed 'desktop' directory to 'gnome'
Added GNOME integration stuff under pygtk/interface/desktop
Improved display of relations by adding getRelationAsString(relative_to)
