Updated .spec file.
Forced use of ABSOLUTE_PATHS in deb package.

Fixed up Tcl/Tk GUi to work with both ABSOLUTE_PATHS=1 and =0.

Test suite may still be broken though: seems to segfault and give lots of errors.
